EVENT RENTAL PRICING 2021

Meditation Room/Spa Room

• Capacity - 30 people. Approximately 800 sq. ft.
• $400 for 1-4 hours, $600 for 5-12 hours. $100 cleaning fee for all events.
• Free when 20+ nights are booked. 50% off with 10 nights booked. 1 complimentary room with 10 nights. No discount for less than 10 nights.
• Available 9a - 9p 7 days a week.

Dining Room  

• Capacity - 80 people. Approximately 2,000 sq. ft.
• $600 for 1-4 hours, $1200 for 5-12 hours. $150 cleaning fee for all events.
• Available Mon-Thur 11:00 am - 9:00 pm., Fri-Sun 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• If 50+ rooms are booked, may be used from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm 7 days a week
• Free with 50+ room nights booked. 50% off with 25+ room nights booked. No discount for less than 25 room nights booked.

Room Rates

• 12% off for 10-20 room nights
• 15% off for 20-40 room nights
• 20% off for 40+ room nights
• Includes breakfast. Additional meal pricing to be determined. Minimum 25 people for individual meals.
