EVENT SPACE ROOM OPTIONS

Crystal Bay Hotel offers several different event space room options for both medium and small groups. 

 

Meditation Room

Our meditation room is an ideal event space for small groups of 25-30 people. ​
Classroom Event Space
Lecture Class Space
Capacity: The Meditation room meeting space has the capacity for up to 30 people and is approximately 800 sq. ft.​
  • Available 9a - 9p 7 days a week

Cost: $400 for 1-6 hours, $600 for 6-12 hours. Discounts are as follows
  • 50% off with 20 nights in completed bookings. 
  • 75% off with 30 nights in completed bookings.
  • ​100% off with 40 nights in completed bookings.

There is a $150 setup/cleaning fee for all events regardless of the discount. If your group would like daily cleaning of event space, (empty trash, vacuum, and straighten up), there is a daily cleaning fee of $50.

Dining Room

Our main dining room is perfect for large group blocks (50 or more rooms) and can be used all day for events. We have several room setup options including square, round, and banquet style tables. Use of the dining space includes the extended dining area.

​​Capacity: The Dining room meeting space has the capacity for up to 90 people and is approximately 2000 sq. ft.
  • Available Mon-Thur 11:00 am - 9:00 pm., Fri-Sun 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • If 50+ rooms are booked, may be used from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm 7 days a week

Cost: $600 for 1-6 hours, $1200 for 6-12 hours. Discounts are as follows:
  •  50% off with 30 nights in completed bookings. 
  • 75% off with 40 nights in completed bookings.
  • 100% off with 50 nights in completed bookings.
